As we welcome the new academic year, we would like to take this opportunity to remind our valued clients of our essential policies.
Our daily operating hours are from 8am to 3pm, after which we will be closed to allow our team to attend to their family commitments. If you are unable to collect your pet by 3pm, they will be safely secured on the premises, and you may retrieve them upon our return, typically around 3:30pm. Please be advised that our return time may be subject to variation due to school traffic, and we will keep you informed of any changes.
In the event of a 'no show,' where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification, a missed appointment fee will be applicable to reschedule or maintain a future appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
Regarding weather-related cancellations, we closely follow the Ellis County public school closures and will make every effort to operate safely. In the event of a closure, we will notify you and post updates on our page. Rescheduled appointments will be arranged at a mutually convenient time, and cancellation fees will be waived.
Finally, please note that we are currently not accepting new clients and have discontinued our waiting list, as our schedule is fully committed for the foreseeable future.
