Important Updates!
Due to ongoing demand, my schedule has been at full capacity for an extended period. To maintain the quality of service I provide, any dogs that have not been groomed since January 1, 2026, will be removed from the schedule. I appreciate your understanding as I balance my business and family responsibilities.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; 48 hours is preferred to allow time to accommodate another client. If your summer availability differs from the school year, please notify me as soon as possible, as the summer schedule is being finalized.
Summer Hours: Open drop off is available between 7:30–8:00 AM on the day of your appointment. Morning appointments will be prioritized, with grooming completed by early afternoon, when possible, due to high afternoon temperatures. I will also aim to operate four days per week during the summer to provide a healthier balance for our family.

What are the holiday hours for the week of Christmas? What days and times we will be "open"? ...

Closed Monday, Dec 22nd (We tossed around the idea of opening, we ARE NEVER OPEN ON MONDAYS! Like ever, so to everyone who stops by on Mondays to find our door is locked, we are so sorry! We will not be open this Monday like we were maybe hoping, we do have MANY MANY MANY pick up orders ready, please check in through our back door! You can give us a call too, we will be there all day tomorrow working on orders and pushing out lots of Caramel, Peanut Brittle, and Fudge in order to be open Tuesday.)

Open Noon-5 Tuesday, Dec 23rd (If you need multiple bags or tins or baskets, just call us please. We don't like saying no to larger orders, but we have to. PLACE AN ORDER! If you want 6 pounds of fudge, please place an order. We look out for ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS the best we can, so no, you can't buy this whole pan of fudge right now WITHOUT A PREORDER 😁😁😁 We have over 100 customers a day in December, they all want fudge and lots of popcorn too! 😉)

This has been our busiest year so far and busiest season, thank you to EVERY SINGLE customer for bearing with us! The PoPt! Team consists of the owner, manager, and a part timer. We have lots of family that jump in to help during the season, and we do our best around here! Thank you to everyone who supports our little business that feels so gigantic during this month. ❤

Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, back open on Friday the 26th with regular hours 10:30-5:30 and open normal hours Saturday, Dec 27th.

We are only open 3 more days before we close for Christmas Break!
Today: 8-3
Monday and Tuesday: 8-5

Stop in to shop our Christmas goodies for your canine and feline family members. We have treats, collars, toys, and more! Utilize our complimentary pet photo booth or additional floor setup.

We also carry home-made items from Nancy's Fancys that would make great gifts for friends and family! See something you like but want to know if she has any available in a different print? Message her directly through her page, as she may be back to Hays before Christmas!

We are already on week two of December, and Christmas is only 15 days away!
What this means:
🎄We do not have any openings, and cannot accommodate new or inactive clients.
🎄We have a lot of cute boutique items and gourmet cookies for your pets, and Christmas is the perfect time to get them a little extra something too!
🎄We will be CLOSED 12/24-1/1 to spend time with family.
🎄There will be a $10 price increase on grooming services effective 1/1/26.

Reminder that our hours are 8a-3p, although some days we may close a little earlier.
With the holidays, we might be back in for another hour or two after school pick up as well.
If you're wanting to shop retail, but want to double check if we're in, please send a message! I don't typically answer phone calls as it can be hard to hear over dogs barking or dryers running, so a text or Facebook message is best!
