Today is the day the pups have been waiting for — Santa has officially arrived and the holiday magic is in full swing!
This festive event is co-hosted by Meg's Loving Pet Care, LLC, Scoop Dog VA , and Miss Kibbles (they brought snacks!)
📸 Join us TODAY from 9 AM to Noon for holiday cheer, photos, and unforgettable moments. Bring your pup and your camera to capture adorable Christmas memories and create keepsakes you’ll treasure forever! 🎄✨

Things to Know Ahead of Your Dog’s Stay at A Pup’s Valley This Holiday Season

The holidays are here again, and we’re gearing up for a fun, safe, and exciting season with your pups! As we prepare for higher boarding and daycare numbers, please take a moment to review a few important reminders to ensure your dog has the best possible experience with us.

Daycare Guests

During peak times, we will be utilizing our crate-and-rotate system for daycare. This allows us to manage larger groups safely and comfortably while keeping energy levels balanced.
✔ Your pup will still enjoy plenty of playtime
✔ Built-in downtime will help prevent overstimulation, especially with many dogs joining us who do not attend daycare regularly

We do require behavior evaluations every 6 months, and due to increased holiday excitement, frequent time-outs may be provided to overly stimulated pups to maintain a calm and positive environment.

Boarding Pets

To keep all guests safe and healthy:

All vaccines must be current and in your dog’s system at least 48 hours prior to drop-off.
The risk of illness is higher during peak travel periods, so we recommend avoiding dog parks and other pet facilities in the days leading up to your boarding stay.

Want to keep your pup extra happy during their visit?
Consider upgrading their day or adding activity packages!
An occupied pup is a happy pup — extra play sessions, enrichment, or one-on-one snuggles can make their stay even better.

Holiday Extras

🎅 Photos with Santa
Santa will be visiting A Pup’s Valley November 23rd and November 29th.
Add a Santa photo to your pup’s stay for $10*and capture the magic of the season!

🦃 Thanksgiving Feast – November 27th
We’re serving our traditional holiday meal of:

* Roasted chicken
* Sweet potatoes
* Green beans
* Pumpkin pup-cup for dessert

Let our staff know at drop-off which upgrades, add-ons, or special holiday activities you’d like your pup to enjoy. All activity upgrades are priced per day, and you can mix and match or choose different options for different days.

🐾✨ What a fantastic day at A Pups Valley! We had a party on the porch with pupcups, all the toys, and even added some bubbles!, and the pups had a blast playing and chasing each other. Now they're all exhausted and ready for a nap! 😴🍂 It was the perfect fall afternoon filled with fun for everyone! ❤️🐶
