🟡 MISSING FROM CHESTERFIELD, MA. SLIPPED HER HARNESS WHILE OUT FOR A WALK WITH HER FAMILY. Joy is a rescue and is shy, nervous, and skittish please do not chase, please call her parents if spotted. Please do not put food out for her so she will hopefully go for the food in the humane traps that have been set for her. Thank you everyone your help is greatly appreciated more than words can say❣️

11/1/23 - possible sighting:
"Good Morning. I just wanted to reach out to let you know that my husband saw a beagle this morning in Goshen. It was on Cape Street (112). The dog was on the DAR side of the road right across from George Propane. When he stopped, the dog took off but remained on the DAR side. This was at 6 am. Not sure if it's your baby or not but it was definitely a beagle."

10/20 The beagle found in Cummington yesterday is not Joy. ☹️

10/13 - "3:00pm 10/13 seen at 30 north road I’m up looking now."

10/12 - around 8:30 pm "Update TJ went and checked cameras. Today we have two images of joy on the trail cam that’s on the trail near where we set the trap."

10/8 "TJ went out tonight and moved the camera and added some borrowed ones to the area he had some eyes following him and doing some head tilts as he said her name he thinks it was her some deer came running through and he lost sight of of the eyes right by 31 and 30 north road looks like she is probably hunkering down right by there."

10/7 Seen again today during the day on North Rd. Approximate time and exact location of North Rd are unknown.

10/6 9am Last seen in the vicinity of 30 North Rd, Chesterfield.

10/6 about 12 am
"Seen again further down on North Street. Please do not chase or try to catch every time we have been notified that she was spotted in an area. We rushed there and cannot find her because she was scared off. Because someone tried to catch her We appreciate all the help but please just let us know when you see her."

10/5 8 am
"Last seen around 8 am around the cemetery and lurking around the back of the house next to the cemetery. We have some folks with traps and cameras from an organization / Williamsburg ACO helping search and also has a trap or two. If anyone with a home security system like ring or game cameras in that area can check footage that would be appreciated. Or anyone with game cameras not in use willing to set one up can contact me and I’ll give suggestions on where to place them based on what we knows about her habits / advice from the Williamsburg, our local ACO and the non-profit organization’s advice. I’m also going to grab a camera or a few."

10/4 10 PM
"She was spotted in the center of chesterfield at 10pm, got spooked, and ran into the wood by the library."

Congratulations on the 250th Anniversary, Williamsburg!
To all LDL clients please be advised that this weekend's celebrations may cause traffic delays coming to and from the Lodge. Especially on Sunday morning when route 9 will be shut down for the parade at 9:15 am. The parade route goes right past the Lodge and is estimated to last 2 hours however, they state that "as the parade passes, the road behind will be opened to local traffic."

Hello everyone,

We are in need of recommendations for a good fence company.

We need to repair/replace one, possibly two 4x4x10 fence posts in a business parking lot. Posts were previously installed using quikcrete. Posts were damaged by a vehicle backing into them (see pics). Ready to hire immediately. Also looking for estimates and ready to hire for other fencing projects on the same property.

We realize everyone is very busy and backed up at the moment and would be grateful for just an estimate on the damage, if nothing else.
