To clarify, we don't have a mobile van like many other mobile groomers 🚐, but we'd love for you to still make an appointment with us 📅. Over the years, we've learned that dogs are often more comfortable in their own homes 🏠, which is why we offer on-site grooming services 🐾. We bring everything we need, including a grooming table and a variety of shampoos, and we clean up after ourselves so you don't have to worry about a mess 🧹. You can choose to have us groom your dog inside or outside, whichever you prefer 🌞. We may not have a mobile van, but we're still mobile in the sense that we come to you 🚶‍♀️.

1. If the dog is badly matted, most likely it may need a shave down; I am sorry.
2. Mats can cause wounds.
3. I cannot always brush it out to make it look good without shaving the dog. (Most of the time, the dog will have a choppy look without a do-over shave.)
4. It honestly depends on your dog's fur.
5. If I have to go over an extra hour because your dog is matted, I have to charge an extra $10 per hour; I'm sorry I have to do this.
6. Please don't lowball me on a job. If I set a price that is different.
7. If you have a big dog, the price will be different than a small dog price..
8. Mats can affect your dog's skin.
9. I will try my very best to make sure you understand completely about your dog's needs and how we go about the mats.
10. I do have the right to refuse service to anyone.

We accept Cash, Cash app, Venmo,PayPal, and Zelle
as payment for our services. We do accept personal checks but only from certain clients.

If your dog is matted we do accept them. Dose not matter if they bite. Or if they been banned from other shops we accept them all.

The cost will be normal but if it goes over an hour I will have to charge extra for extra hours.

If the dog is matted, it can cause them to have sores. Mats hurt the dog's skin and can also cause irritation.

Please don't hesitate to make an appointment with us. If you are worried we judge you on how matted your dog is. We don't judge at all.

Yes, we are mobile. We come to you.

Do you have a mobile van?
No, we don't have a mobile van.

Why don't you have a van?
We want keep our prices low and affordable. With a van our prices will just be too high for our clients and their four babies.

If you don't have a mobile van how does this work? We need a place to set up. It can be outside or inside don't matter to us. There is no mess as we clean up everything.

We accept any age dog :) we believe even the old timers deserve a spa day. There is no breed or behavior restriction.
