low cost cat spay and neuter options for south mississippi!

🐾 Big news for cat owners! 🐾
All cat surgeries are discounted for the month of September!

Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Fix The Future campaign, in partnership with Jackson County Animal Shelter and the Feral Feline Coalition of Ocean Springs, cat spays and neuters for Jackson County residents are just $25 during September—and that includes the rabies + FVRCP vaccines!

We’re also grateful to have received additional funding through the C.A.R.E. Grant, which means non–Jackson County residents can spay/neuter their cats for only $30 (vaccines not included, but a rabies vaccine is required if not current).

✨ What you need to know:
• Book online at snipms.com (discounts applied after booking).
• Cats must be at least 3 months old and 3 lbs.
• For non–Jackson County residents, enter “CARE Grant” in the notes when booking.
• Rabies vaccines are $12 with CARE Grant if not already up to date. Other services are optional.

An absolutely pur-fect new business is opening up tomorrow morning here in Hattiesburg!

The Cattiesburg Cafe features light snack options with wonderful cold beverages & you can play with adoptable cats and kittens while you enjoy!

All cats and kittens are available for adoption in a separate cat room where you are able to interact and fall in love with your favorite feline friends! Each cat and kitten is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered & ready to go home with you same day!

The past two days have been filled with puppy kisses, long walks, and the hot Mississippi summer sun.

I am thankful and appreciative of animal shelter staff and volunteers that dedicate their time, their efforts and their wellbeing for the livelihood of pets.

If you know an animal shelter employee or volunteer, THANK THEM & SUPPORT THEM!

Our shelters and rescues are struggling right now all over the United States. Adoptions are down. Transports and help are almost non-existent. Donations are declining because of the financial crisis everyone is experiencing.

You want to know how you can help the most that is 100% free? SHARE POSTS, interact with the pages, like the posts and comment on them! Volunteer by walking the dogs or spending time socializing cats and kittens.

& if you can’t do anything at all, just be kind to animals and show appreciation for those that dedicate their lives to the cause.

The world is cruel enough- be kind 🫶🏼
