Somehow in the craziness of the last few weeks…. Pawradise Pet Care officially turned one 🥹🐾

The best, most rewarding, challenging, chaotic, exhausting, hilarious and totally worth it year I could have ever imagined.

And while this milestone is incredibly exciting, it’s also one of the most bittersweet things I’ve ever celebrated. My mom was a huge part of what Pawradise has become. Although I desperately tried to convince her to become my employee (I begged… she still said no 😂) She was still always my behind the scenes business partner, biggest supporter, and occasional voice of reason

She listened to every crazy business idea, supported every decision I made, celebrated every little win, and was always standing on the sidelines cheering me on. And if I needed a fundraiser basket, raffle basket, donation, sign, craft, decoration, or some random creative idea I came up with at the last minute(which happened very often) she was my go to. She somehow always made whatever crazy thing I dreamed up come to life.

Losing her just three weeks ago makes this first birthday of Pawradise feel so different than I ever imagined. Even in the last 3 weeks there have been so many things I wish I could call her about, tell her about, or hear her opinion on. But I know she is still with me, and I will continue to honor her every single day through this business that she helped me build this year🤍

And WOW… what a first year it has been.

This year brought SO many firsts: my first year as a business owner, my first year having employees, my first clients, fundraisers, vendor events, business meetings, overnights, weddings and a million moments of “wait…I’m actually running a business??”

Fourth of July weekend…..what a weekend 🇺🇸❤️🐶🐱🐾

A weekend full of dog hair, calming music, cat tv, lick mats, calming treats, 100+ degree weather mixed with torrential downpours, fireworks…… and a whole lotta love ❤️

Thankful for another holiday in the books, thankful for my clients for trusting me and thankful for all the fur babies making my weekend so amazing. Also couldn’t have done it without Kelsie Mitchell , truly my savior this weekend!❤️
