⚡Access to treats is an essential and pivotal part of effective training with your pup! As an alternative to the irritation and inconvenience of keeping a bag of treats on you at all times, consider getting appealing, air-tight jars for around the house!⚡

🍎 Especially when it comes to behavior modification for the often more serious training, reward timing can make or break progress with your pup. If you're always having to run to the one drawer or cupboard where the treats are every time you notice a targeted behavior or stepping stone, you might miss out on key communication opportunities! But keeping cookie jars full of some canine cookies in various rooms of the house can help you more quickly promote positive change in your little monster. 🍎

What has worked for me, Makeba, and our besties:

💡 Placement near the doors of the house is essential for maintaining control when guests arrive, and for grabbing a few treats on the way out to the backyard to mitigate continued barking. 💡

💡 Utilize any sized doggy snack you have laying around by cutting them up into smaller pieces, perfect for a repetitive training process across the day. 💡

💡 Pick patterns that you will love looking at every day! 💡

Washington State Park turned out to be an awesome destination for my Native American Heritage Hike - Adventure Daycare with the besties! It took us a bit to track down where the over 1000-year-old Petroglyphs were hiding, but the uneven terrain was fun along the way!
