Your pet's comfort and safety are my top priorities. At Foxwood Grooming, I am committed to providing personalized care, working one-on-one with each pet from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures minimal kenneling, although I do have provisions in place if necessary. As I continue to welcome new furry clients, please understand that building trust with each one can sometimes take a little extra time. While I always strive to adhere to appointment timings, occasional delays might happen. Rest assured, I will keep you informed and request your understanding in such cases. If there are changes in drop-off or pick-up timings exceeding 10 minutes, please let me know. And in return, I promise to always communicate any adjustments to our scheduled appointments as early as possible. Thank you for entrusting me with your beloved pets. Just sharing a little fun and giving a long overdue introduction of — Finnegan 🍀, our purebred, AKC-registered Irish Wolfhound! And of course, his beloved big-little sister, Luna 🌙 had to make an appearance too. You may spot us walking him around the neighborhood from time to time… he’s definitely hard to miss! 😁

I’d also love to welcome more giant breeds into my clientele! My salon is fully equipped and comfortable handling large dogs 💪 Finnegan is already nearing 160 lbs and still growing!

And if you’re considering adding a purebred dog to your family, please do your research and choose a responsible, ethical breeder. We had a wonderful experience with Finnegan’s breeder and couldn’t be happier. I have had several senior pups in my clientele pass on, and some more customers move out of state — so I am accepting some new customers! ✨

❄️ An important note to my haircut breeds this time of year:
Now is a great time to grow out your pups coat for warmth, but that either means way more brushing at home, or keep coming to me regularly for tidy-ups through the winter! I really hate to have to do matted shaves when it’s cold! And remember - your pup wearing sweaters will also cause a lot more matting and tangles too! ❄️

Customers may have noticed that my Google Business page now says "permanently closed"

Be assured that I am NOT actually permanently closed :)

I had to do this for two reasons:

1) I just simply do not need to be advertised in any way because I am at max capacity for clients

2) Google will not stop hammering me with message/texts/calls/emails/voicemails - bordering on harassment - to spend money to upgrade my business page. Again, this is simply not needed as I do not need to draw in more new customers or broadcast my businesses location.

I am working to have Google permanently remove Foxwood Grooming from having a business page at all, but they are not being easy about it! Thank you all for your understanding.
