17yr old app mare, was a 9yr old girls horse but has just been turned out for awhile now. She's nothing fancy broke and is perfectly fine just following behind on the trails and ain't gonna get in no hurry. She has more whoa than go. You really haft to push her to make her trot or lope and a little kid will have a hard time making her run. If you want something flashy to just take it slow down a trail here is your girl. Babysitter/Trail horse deluxe!!!
I have a very safe 17yr old bay mare that's built right and safe for the whole family. Shoot off her trail ride her with the kids and she will go wherever you point her head. Plow rein type horse nothing fancy but a dang good insurance policy for the kids or grannies, current coggins and all. I have a 17yr old bay gelding gentle gentle will ground tie, follow you like a puppy, stand to be mounted, will w/t/c. He has done some of the 5events but isn't a 1D horse by any means.
