We have a few remaining spots available for the advanced equestrian vaulting camp, which will take place on July 14 through July 16 from 9 AM to Noon at Pegasus Farm in Hartville, Ohio. This camp is designed for advanced skill building, barrel work, and vaulting on a horse. It is open to individuals aged 6 to 18 who are current vaulters or have participated in previous vaulting camps. The cost of the camp is $153. An update on this year's Blueberry Festival. Due to construction and other activities at Pegasus Farm, we've decided not to host our traditional Blueberry Festival this year. We know it's a bummer! But don't worry, we're not saying goodbye to celebrating our blueberries. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates on when our blueberries come in. We're also planning some smaller-scale activities to celebrate the blueberry season. Thank you for your understanding and continuous support. We can't wait to share our juicy, fresh blueberries with you soon!

We held our first summer camp this week, a three-day camp called "Horsin' Around," and it was a lot of fun! The weather was great, and six campers participated in learning about horse safety, leadership skills, grooming, tacking and tack care, basic horse care, and communication. The camp ended with a horseback ride. A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this camp possible! We want to extend a big shout-out to our highly trained, dedicated, and professionally credentialed equestrian instructors, who possess extensive knowledge across various equine-assisted services. Our instructor team has achieved a total of 13 individual certifications from the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) and 13 additional certifications from the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA).

From PATH International, we have:
- 5 Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructors
- 6 Equine Specialists in Mental Health and Learning
- 2 Therapeutic Driving Instructors

From CHA, our team includes:
- 5 English/Western Instructors
- 5 Instructors of Riders with Disabilities
- 3 Vaulting Coaches

A big thank you to the work group from KeyBank who recently visited the farm to help out by working in the garden and mulching our blueberry bushes. Before they started, they received a tour of the barn and met some of our wonderful horses! As you can see, Charlie especially loved the attention!

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:

🏡 Work in our barn, providing support and maintenance for our equine friends.
🌱 Help cultivate our wellness garden, growing fresh produce with our program participants.
🌳 Assist with maintaining the beautiful grounds of our 120-acre farm, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
