HRCH Brandywine’s Band of Heathens SHR ICH25 "Cane" is a standout Boykin Spaniel with a proven record in both hunt tests and field trials. He is the 2025 BSS Field Trial Intermediate Champion, CBSRC Intermediate Dog of the Year (2024–2025), and BSRC Novice Dog of the Year (2023–2024). Cane's accomplishments reflect his exceptional drive, intelligence, and versatility. In addition to his titles, Cane is a dedicated hunting partner. JackXPhoenix pups arrived on June 6th. She had 7 boys and 3 girls. Both mom and babies are happy and healthy! This is our biggest litter yet and we can’t wait to watch all these sweet nugs grow. Make sure to follow along to see them grow!

HRCH Brandywine’s Palmetto Old No. 7 "Jack" is a excellent retriever and and wonderful companion in the home. Jack earned his HRCH title at 2 years old. Jack is the product of a phenomenal breeding that includes 3 GRHRCH, 9 HRCH, 5 MHR titles and 17 BSS national championships in just the 3 generation pedigree. He placed 2nd in the BSS Open class in 2025.

This weekend Jack and some of his offspring competed in the 2025 Boykin Spaniel Society National Field Trial. We're very proud of all of the dogs who competed, with Jack earning 2nd place in the Open class and his puppies earning 2nd and 4th in the Novice class.

A couple of the PBS dogs took a trip up to Hodges, SC last weekend for an HRC test. HRCH UHCH Brandywine’s Palmetto Old No. 7 MHR "Jack" passed 2 Upland tests to complete his Upland Hunter Champion title. SHR Palmetto's Playing with Fire "Ember" picked up 2 Seasoned passes and is one pass away from her Seasoned title. As always, special thanks to Rhett Riddle and Bay Creek Kennels for all the work he puts into our dogs and always taking great care of them.

We took Jack and Ember to run the first Carolina Boykin Spaniel Retriever Club field trial today with Jack winning the Open class and Ember getting second in the Novice class. Thanks to the judges and all those who volunteered their time to make this event successful.

This sweet boy is still looking for his forever family. He comes from our pups, Jack and Maggie. Parents completed all required BSS health testing. Will be registered BSS, AKC, and UKC. He will be ready to go September 14th. If interested please send a PM or call/text 843-858-4954.
