Nala’s update. She is eating,today she was very interested in food and using the bathroom. Not full of energy but the vet says is to be expected with all the meds she is on.
Vet says we are looking at a 50/50 chance and we are working very hard at it!!!
Tomorrows 7:30 am back to the vet for more blood work.
Platelets and red blood cell is what we need 🙏🏽

Nala came home yesterday!!! She is on meds and ate so much better this morning. We have to get more lab work on Tuesday 🤞🏽🤞🏽 that she is making some platelets🙏🏽

On Nala’s topic. The vet said that her diagnosis could be 3 things…
1-tick related
2-pesticide related
3- her body just doing things

We already ruled out the tick thing, Nala never had a tick and the test show it.
We did this year treat our lawn for weeds, ticks for the 1st time. And I am leaning to think that is a strong possibility. Please please be careful what your pups are exposed to. We asked when we went foward with it but was told
That it was safe. 🤷🏻‍♀️now I will never know. She is the oldest therefore the one that would have been more susceptible.
My Nala 😩 she most likely will come home tomorrow and I will have to bubble wrap her. The wrong thing can potentially make her bleed out. 🙏🏽 praying for her.

Nala update, we came to the hospital to visit her. She has not gotten better but she has neither gotten worst. If they can get her stable enough she may be coming home tomorrow. Poor baby she thinks she is leaving with us. 💕 keep her in your thoughts. Send positive vibes.

As a pet parent you know that one day your four legged kiddos are going to decline as they age. Nala has always been so healthy but, today she was not. Currently at the vets, she has and autoimmune disorder. From here to the emergency room for admission, please pray for my girl I am not ready to let her go. I have been dreading her birthday, she will be 10 soon and with age stuff starts coming up. I am not ready 😭😩
