Over Thanksgiving week we confirmed our sire and litter plans for a late Spring 2026 ‘D’ litter!
We are pleased once again to have an inbreeding COI of 0.00 which is unusual for a relatively rare breed.

Temperament & Hunting Characteristics: Susie’s thinks all humans and dogs are her best friends and has never been a dog to hold a grudge if reprimanded. Personally, I think she believes she is one of the kids as she cries if they are out playing without her and I have even seen her climb the playset steps to go down the twisty slide with them or attempt to jump on the trampoline with them! Susie is a smaller female that is high energy & very fast on the field with a nose that will find anything. She has always held a rock solid point. We hunt her on Woodcock, Ruffed Grouse, Pheasant and Occasionally on Waterfowl and Tracking. She LOVES to retrieve just about anything.

Temperament & Hunting Characteristics:
Axel is described as a very loyal dog whom is ‘attached at the hip’ to his master. This is a dog whom has hunted hard in several states (NE, SD, MN, WI, FL) on multiple game birds for his family including pheasant, Sharptail grouse, Ruffed Grouse, Doves, Quail, and limited waterfowl. He also is described as a dog that will find and retrieve anything. His owner also loves to do Shoot to Retrieve competitions with him where Axel has proven to be a skilled hunter.
