I am also so very fortunate to be able to not feed hay for most part of the year. I have lucky horses because I just switched pastures and the pasture they are in the grass is up to my knees. I am also lucky to have horses that do not colic.

I am so fortunate to live on a farm. Many people have to board their horses out and dream of living on a farm. These people will unfortunately never have that experience that I have. I am feeling blessed.

KLIPPETY KLOP FARM, LLC DESCRIPTION:

The farm includes a barn that has Nine 12 by 12 box stalls. Three small stalls for either a foal, mini, or pony. I have one stall that is able to be into a double stall for mares that are due to foal or any other issues. We have a indoor work area that is about 35 by 50. About the size of a round pen. A nice area that you can get out of the aliments with your horse. You can ride and lounge in this area ,depends on if your horse is balanced enough to be able to ride in a smaller area.I have been able to walk,trot, and canter in this area with one of my horses that is balanced enough. There is a boarder tack room and my tack room. Also we have feed/grain room also. I do have a office in the barn which will get back into working order.

We have five pastures that are about five acres a piece which most of them include a lean to. Beautiful, large outdoor arena.

Three of the stalls have there own personal outdoor runs. I will offer these stalls for $300.00 a month. Grain not included in this price.

Farm is opened twenty four hours a day. We do not care if you come everyday and don't care what time you decide to come to the farm. But,please limit it to no more than coming to the farm two times a day. Thank you

I have been in Radiology school full time for the past few years. I am close to the end of school. During this time I had to concentrate on my studies and not on the horses or the farm.

I will be offering boarding, lessons, and training horses again. It is nice to be starting with a clean slate and can't wait to meet new people that will be coming to the farm and starting the farm up again.

One of my goals is to get a program going that will help disabled adults and children in a riding program. This has been a life time goal of mine and soon will have time to look into more information on this.
