Hey everyone!! We was recently left a bad review on a dog that has an injury on her foot. We just wanna address the issue since we wasn’t made aware of the situation till 24 hours after she left the shop. This poor dog was NOT hurt in our care. Had she been hurt in our care we would have taken her to the vet or recommended the owner take her to the vet. There is no way we would have not seen that the dog had been injured, especially to that degree. We understand that accidents do happen. We work with very sharp objects and moving dogs, they don’t happen often, when they do we ALWAYS inform you and we always take responsibility for an injury because accidents do happen. We take pride in the care we provide for dogs and strive to give every dog the best care. We would never not tell you about an injury on your dog so your dog can get care they deserve. We hate that this little dog is hurt but it did NOT happen in our care. We do not bandage injures or treat them within our shop, that is a vets job not ours. We love missy and hope her foot heals up nicely and wish her owners the best of luck with their next groomer.
