Last Golden Spike lesson of 2025 and we celebrated with some Christmas games!! The egg and spoon game is always so great for balance and posture… we did a candy cane hanging game where we learned our next lesson will be on side-passing 😆 … and had some fun jingle bell barrels! We had littles through adults at this lesson- there’s something for everyone to work on!

Nice to have scientific evidence of this, but we’ve know ground poles are awesome for top lines for a while! I love that they can be used at all fitness levels though- making it a great tool for rehab.
