Motherhood isn’t about sacrificing all that you love and what makes you, you! You can inspire your kids and show them how you incorporate what you love into motherhood. I’m grateful that loving horses is an easy thing to include my horses in!

I joke that my horses get better self-care than I do, but in reality I wish I could give them more. They give us SO much and especially for the stoic ones (like Maverick) care can be overlooked because he isn’t being fussy or “showing pain”. As you can see at the end with all of his releases- he really needed this! Thanks Stable Body Equine Massage for spending time with him, and giving me tips and tricks to be able to help him between massage sessions. Body work is soooo important for your horses- don’t underestimate it!

I’ve gotten to the point… that I really don’t care. Social media makes us feel like everyone’s opinions matter so much…. They don’t. As long as you aren’t hurting other people, go out and do what you were meant to do, and don’t let anyone weigh you down!
