Little Layla got a fresh start today ✂️🖤

She was pretty matted, so we went shorter for comfort — and those sweet eyes still shine through 🥹 Being able to groom her right at home also helped make things easier for her elderly mom, which is one of the reasons I love in-home grooming so much.

Excited to officially join the Virginia Professional Pet Groomers Association (Virginia Professional Pet Groomers Association)! 🐾After 13+ years in the grooming industry, I’m always looking for ways to continue learning and growing as a grooming professional. I’m especially looking forward to taking a pet CPR certification class in the near future to continue providing safe, compassionate care for pets.Excited for this next chapter and the connections ahead! ✂️🐶

We’re also so grateful for Dogs Deserve Better Blue Ridge and 4 hands 8 paws for being part of today’s event and for everything you do for rescue dogs and animal advocacy. I was so happy to hear Puca may have found his forever home today! Sweet little Moped, Fred & the fun guy I almost took home - Thumper are also still in search of theirs.

It was amazing meeting everyone, seeing all the pups, and connecting with so many supportive people. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, booked, shopped, or simply came out to support local small businesses and rescue efforts. 💛
