Market update in Lakes Region- good weeks and bad weeks- busy weeks and slow weeks.
As of yesterday;
Bridgton has 80 properties on the market (homes, condos, etc)
Pending 27 homes (33% going under).
10 under contract between 90,000.-200,000.
10 under contract between 200,000- 300,000.
3 between 300,000.-400,000.
5 over 400,000.

Harrison- Current homes on the market- 41
Pending - 7 (17% going under contract).

Naples- Current homes on the market- 68
Pending - 12 (17% going under contract.)

There you have it folks- the market is busiest in Bridgton.

One of the best books I have read in a long time is Choose Yourself by James Altucher.
