This shy face belongs to Piglet, one of the lab mix puppies abandoned in the vincinity of our shelter in July. While she is shy with the camera, she is much more outgoing now and better now at meeting people. Piglet is about 7 months old and is learning how to walk on her leash although she prefers to run in the play yard..She is somewhat of an escape artist from her kennel enclosure but always stays close by and comes back when called...shy but responsive. Piglet just needs patience and love to win her trust and to continue to overcome her rough start in life. During October's Subaru Loves Pets promotion, Piglet can be your sweet friend for a $45 adoption fee. Please come say hello and play with Piglet. She will win your heart over in a minute!
