FINAL UPDATE
I want to thank all my pet family for your loyalty and faithfulness over the years. Some have followed me for a very long time and for some not so long. Either way my love for you and your pets was sincere and heart felt🐾 Unfortunately, it is with a heavy heart and a broken soul that I am not able to open at the new shop. Without a place to operate I am having to close my doors. I know I work on pets in need of rehab and special cases and for them Auntie April sheds unstoppable tears. I never knew as a groomer I could change so many lives...THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to my husband, staff and to all of you who made my dreams come true. UPDATE: Things are getting done at the new salon. We are working hard to complete the list given to us by the township. Still in need of a licensed plumber certified in back flows. Got the fire inspection yesterday and that went well. The electrician was working hard yesterday and today to fix some of those issues. I feel like I can see the finish line😉🐾🤞🏼🙏🏻‼️ Due to the length of time we have been shut down I am offering to come to you, at no home or travel charge, for sanitary and eye clean ups and nail trims. If you would like all 3 it's $15 or $10 for nail trims only. I can still dremel nails at home😉 Trying to help anyone in need. At this time for home trims I can only accept cash as our new business account has not been set up yet. Was just wondering if anyone knew a licensed plumber willing to swap services? Money is tight starting up again but the township is requiring a back flow on my bathtub. Thank you in advance🙏🏻🐾‼️

We had our first set of inspections with the township and have some repairs to the building that must be completed before our shop will be allowed to open😞 I assure everyone that we are working on getting those necessary repairs done as quickly as we can. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and all we can do is comply with the township. Please keep checking back for future updates🐾

GREAT NEWS: NEW NAME...NEW BUILDING...SAME LOVING FAMILY TO CARE FOR YOUR PETS‼️ Barkingham Palace is in our new building and has scheduled inspections for this coming Wednesday👍🏼🐾‼️Hoping to be reopen VERY soon. Just to let everyone know we are changing ownership of Paws"a"tively Purrr-fect Pet Salon LLC and unfortunately it's name. We have also relocated the salon over to our new location👍🏼🐾‼️ The new name is Barkingham Palace LLC and our new address is 28438 South River Rd, Harrison Township, MI 48045. We will also be putting in a business line and will be posting that phone number soon. If you need to get a hold of us you may still call 586-277-5838 or you can also text to that number. Unfortunately we will be closed for business until our inspections are complete. I know how frustrating this will be for our clients and the staff but our hands are tied. I know it has been quite a long time since I have posted😞 As some of you may know our salon has been going through many changes this year. THANK YOU all for your patience and understanding☺️🐾🙏🏻‼️ My health hasn't been very good for awhile now so I have had to take a step back. Praying that sooner than later I can resume doing what I love❤️🐾🙏🏻
I, however, have been blessed to have the BEST employees any business owner in this industry could ask for working at OUR salon👍🏼 My GROOMERS ✂️ are Erin and Sheri...My BATHERS 🚿 are Andrea and Lisa😆👍🏼🐾😍‼️ They love and care for each and every one of your fur kids just as I do🐾❤️🐩🐕 This industry is filled with good and bad...so happy I am a part of the BEST😀🐾 We are working hard to make 2017 the best year yet🐾 If you still need an appointment before the holidays I still have some availability and we will be open EVERYDAY between now and December 23rd😛✂️🐩❤️🐾‼️ Hope to see you soon and from our family to yours...

I am so sorry to report that our event "Dog Days of Summer...Rally To Rescue" is going to have to be cancelled due to something out of our control😞😢🐾😔‼️ The good news is we will start planning NOW for the event to KICK OFF SUMMER 2017😋 So keep UTD on our FB PAGE for the dates AND times of the event.
