We had a surprise sitting in the coop for us after work! Welcome to the world little one! Our first hatchling that we allowed out of 6 eggs (so far- all of which are doing great!) Mommas kept stealing eggs from each other but I guess that means it's their time to go eat...it's like they took shifts....5 hens taking shifts and fighting over the eggs ☠️ and one mother clucker pecking the heck out of hands making welts when checking the eggs and collecting the nonmarked ones...

I have no idea yet what this beauty is and was produced from my flock! But 'she' is becoming one heck of a stunner with those colors coming in on her wings! The last 2 pics are from today 🥰🥰🥰 while they were grass grazing! This is the only one I chose to holdback! The rest of the same age range is searching for new coops to perch at!
