SOUTH PORTLAND (WGME) – The South Portland Fire Department rescued a dog on a roof Wednesday. Fire officials say a 155-pound St. Bernard named Bear was saved by Ladder 45 around noon. Bear was so thankful, he ended up taking a picture with members of the fire department.
