Annie! 💛

Annie is a rescue who was recently adopted to a new home within the last few months. Her new owner was working on teaching her leash manners and unfortunately Annie was too distracted and she darted another direction causing her owner some fairly serious injuries. Despite this unfortunate event they wanted to get Annie the help she needs while going through recovery.

So she is here with us for 5 weeks and learning to be the absolute best girl! Annie struggled with over excitement issues from lack of structure and training in general. Today she is practicing her obedience with other dogs around and remaining in command. It is wonderful to watch her be able to understand efficiently and process where her advantage is to get rewarded.

Annie is truly such a sweet gal that just needed that help and guidance to help her over come these excitement issues, or what I like to call “squirrel brain” behavior. 😆

We have a few weeks left together and looking forward to getting her and her owner on a new path together. ⭐️
