Horse Boarding available- We have large (very grassy) pastures. Our pastures are a combination of rye, timothy, orchard, and coastal grasses. We rotate our pastures regularly and treat paddocks for weeds and bugs during its rest period. Pasture board includes feed of choice and hay - 2x day. Blanketing, holding for vet, farrier, etc., are available à la carte. $450/month; includes feed and hay.

Lots of trails available, except during deer season.

We are located 15 minutes from Summerville. 189 Mims Road, Harleyville, SC

Daily feed - 2x Day
Hay - 2x day unless under 40’ at noon, then lunch also. 😎
Quarterly deworming with rotational paste, small fee.

Our farm includes:
Run-in Sheds for Weather and Separated Feeding
200’x220’ arena
Paddocks with lots of grass
Wash bay
Composting toilet facility
Hand washing sink
Climate-controlled tack room.

Notes about us:
We are a small facility in terms of the number of boarders. A zero drama facility. We have extensive video camera surveillance.
When not in deer season we have access to tons of trails. During deer season only on Sundays. We love volunteers and deduct from board fees for jobs around the farm. ($20hr per family)

Back on the market due to no fault of her own and we will no longer take checks or payment plans. Dressage Schoolmaster in need of new home. Excellent lesson horse. 16-2 hands, Swedish warm blood mare, 20 years old. 4️⃣🥕🥕🥕
