Just saw on another post that I am not taking new clients. This is incorrect. I have had to turn away a very large dog well over 100 pounds that needed more grooming than I could do. But I welcome new clients.

K9 BUBBLE BATHS UPDATE:

I really hate posting this but here goes:

1. If you are going to be more than 10 to 15 minutes late a call is required. I work on a schedule and sitting and waiting makes my days longer and makes dogs who are here in time have to wait longer to be finished.

2. Please let ne know when I call that your dogs is ready for pickup if your going to be more than 30 minutes. Its fine, i just need to be able to continue based on this information.

3. If you do not pay for your visit, I know sometimes its easy to forget your checkbook or whatever but the next day payment is expected unless arrangements made. If you have scheduled an appointment 4 or 5 weeks later it is NOT going to fly if you return without having paid for the previous appointment.
