✨Chi Miigwech to Everyone Who Joined Us for the 33rd Annual Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow!

What a beautiful weekend of song, dance, laughter, and community as we gathered at the 33rd Annual Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow. It was wonderful to see our citizens, families, dancers, singers, veterans, vendors, and visitors come together to celebrate our culture.

A special chi miigwech goes out to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this year's pow wow a success. Events like this do not happen without the dedication, hard work, and generosity of so many people who freely gave their time and energy.

We would like to recognize & say Chi Miigwech to:

• Fire Keeper
• Invocation Prayers by Elders

To all the volunteers who helped set up, keep things running throughout the weekend, and stayed afterward to clean up, your efforts did not go unnoticed. Your commitment helped create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for everyone who attended. If we missed anyone we apologize.

Most importantly, Chi Miigwech to our dancers, singers, veterans, elders, youth, and community members who continue to keep our traditions strong. Every grand entry, every song, every dance, and every helping hand reminds us of the strength and beauty of who we are as Anishinaabe people.

Miigwech for making this year's Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow such a special gathering. We are excited to welcome everyone back next year during the second weekend of August.

Chi Miigwech, A'Hou from the LTBB Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow Committee! 💛🦅
