There is another pretrial hearing today for Heather Birkmire @ 10:30. I will be going and will report back.

Although the expression on my face doesn't show it, I was so happy that Mucho enjoyed showing today and that she's on the road to dealing with that d%$ # Lyme disease!! We're not quite back to normal, whatever that is, but she felt great jumping today

The rings are dragged and the fences are reset and all ready for the show tomorrow.

Well the dressage arenas are all packed up until next season. Dave had a trailer built where I can put both rings and all the blocks and letters on one load. This means no more loading and unloading and making several trips to get the rings set up and put away. They really needed to be power washer but I just wasn't feeling it yesterday ;)

Looks like this weekend is going to be a beautiful!! Does anyone want to come for a lesson or school cross country Show Jumping (Sunday Only) or the trail course? This will be the last opportunity to jump the fancy show jumps before we put them away for the season.

Please NOTE: there is a Jumper Show and Fun Classes on Saturday so you won't be able to do the banks and ditches that border the rings. On the bright side, there will be a bake sale to benefit the Columbiana County Humane Society and a great food vendor the Hibatchi Grill!

Other days and times are available by appointment. If interested in a lesson, contact me via text at 330-277-6964.

Please keep in mind all lesson and schooling $$ goes towards the xc jump fund.

FB still isn't allowing me to share link. I will try posting the sign up in the comments.

We have our own dressage score runner extranaire ... Chloe Bricker part if the Luminous Acres 'Horses, Chaos and Caffine' volunteer team. She logged in more tha 21 volunenteer hours with many of those hours were running fressage tests. Thank you Chloe!!!

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear comfortable shoes and carry dressage tests! 👟 Dressage score runners might not be the most visible volunteers at an event, but their work helps keep the competition running smoothly.

Our latest VAP Series feature takes a closer look at this volunteer opportunity and how you can earn recognition for mastering the role!
