She did some chasing of the cat, but once the cat put her in her place, then p**f, she no longer cares about the cat 🤣 Squeaks is truly a pretty perfect dog, and she's looking for her forever! Meet Mr. Nubs – The Sweetest Tailless Wonder! 🐾

At just 1½ years old, Mr. Nubs has already been through more than most cats ever will. After surviving an attack—likely from a coyote—he lost his tail and had to have it fully removed. But despite his rough start, Mr. Nubs has held onto one thing: his huge, loving heart.

This brave little guy is all about the snuggles. He lives for cuddling, and if you have kids, he’ll be their instant best friend (and bedtime buddy). Mr. Nubs is also great with other cats, and while he’s not a fan of dogs, he’s far too gentle to cause trouble—he just prefers to keep his distance.

Still young, playful, and incredibly affectionate, Mr. Nubs is looking for a forever home where he can finally relax, love, and be loved. He’d especially adore a family with kids to snuggle up with and call his own.

✨ No tail? No problem. He’s got extra love to make up for it.

Isabella is an absolutely gorgeous 1 1/2 year old girl that is somehow still looking for her forever home. She would likely do well in a family with any human configuration, as she is pretty gentle and loves everyone. Isabella has a calm nature, and in order to do well with other dogs in the home, she'd need dogs with similar temperment. When she was in foster, she did well with the resident dogs but did not enjoy new dogs coming in to the home. She does amazing with most dogs on walks and in neutral spaces but can be a bit selective otherwise, so a meet and greet would be necessary if you have other dogs. Shes a no for cats. Isabella isn't very treat motivated (she treats them like they're toys-tossing and pouncing on them 😆) but does love water, walks/hikes, and toys! She keeps a clean living space and is not destructive. We love her here at SAMS but ultimately want this lovely lady in a home of her own!

Clyde is learning all sorts of things in his foster home. His favorite tidbit thus far is that if you hang out by the baby's highchair, you're likely to end up with some snackies 😆
Clyde is flourishing, and we are all so proud of him. Now all he needs is his forever home!!

🐾 Meet Morticia
Age: 9 months

Morticia isn’t your average kitten – she’s a cat with a mission! At just 9 months old, she’s already taught the other cats in her colony room how to use the exercise wheel (yes, really!). She’s playful, clever, and full of personality. One of her favorite things? Jumping on your back to say hello or get a better view of her kingdom.

She gets along okay with other cats but needs slow introductions to make sure everyone vibes. She's a girl who knows what she likes – and what she doesn't. One thing that’s a hard no? Dogs.
Morticia has made it very clear: no woofs allowed.

If you’re looking for a sweet, independent cat with a dash of s***k and a love for climbing humans like trees, Morticia might just be your perfect match. 🖤

Poor miss Prada is dealing with a disc disease that sometimes plagues frenchies :( this girl is on meds and has to have low activity right now, so we went on a car ride for some ice cream 🍦 girly is still in good spirits and enjoys any and all attention 🩷
