Last week we got this sweet pup in!
She was found with a femur fracture.
She is right at 6 months old.
Today we repaired her fracture and pinned her bone.
She has had her first round of vaccines and was microchipped.

She is 20 lbs and not expected to get much bigger

Remember when we got a kitten out of the median on I-40? Well look at her now!

Her foster family has named her Wren, which means small but mighty. She is just that! She has opened up to her foster family very well. Super playful and working on becoming more cuddly.

Adult cats often get overlooked because of all the cute kittens available for adoption. But nevertheless, these guys deserve a home filled with love too!

Tonight, we took in a German shepherd. Her owners surrendered her after she had 1 seizure.
Sometimes, seizures are isolated events that do not reoccur. Even if they do reoccur, we can manage them medically- just as we do in humans.

We don’t know a whole lot about Sasha’s background, but we do know she is a 3 year old super sweet female spayed German shepherd.

We’ve had an eventful morning. On the way to the clinic this morning, I noticed two kittens dead in the middle of I-40. The next one I found was alive in the median. After making countless phone calls to all of Forsyth County, we managed to get to her and save her.

To whoever thought the best idea to do with these kittens was to throw them out onto the highway to die, it’s hot in hell. If you still have the mom, which we doubt, please reach out and we will gladly take her off your hands.
