Just a little note to ask for some patience with message replies right now šŸ˜…

After taking a week off with my husband, Iā€™ve come back to quite a backlog of messages. On top of that, weā€™ve been navigating multiple vet visits following my dogā€™s cancer diagnosis, which has taken a bit more of my time and attention than usual

I typically receive 15ā€“20 messages a day from clients needing grooming help, advice, appointments, and recommendations, so you can imagine how quickly they add up after a week away! Only downside to covering so many areas šŸ„²

Iā€™m working my way through every message as quickly as I can, and I promise I havenā€™t forgotten about anyone

After the military changed my husbandā€™s deployment dates more times than I change my grooming blades, he is finally leaving this week šŸ™ƒ

Iā€™ll be signing off now through Friday to spend some uninterrupted family time together before he goes. Messages will reopen Saturday morning, and Iā€™ll return all replies as soon as I can, replies will likely be slow that weekend as I play catch up

Thank you to all my wonderful clients for understanding and supporting not only my small business, but also the military life that comes with it and allowing me to be flexible

Wellā€¦ apparently the military hit the ā€œcopy & pasteā€ button on our lives again
Deployment round 2 is officially loading after all the Middle East conflict threw Mikeā€™s March deployment into chaos
If thereā€™s one thing military life teaches you, itā€™s to never trust a calendar for more than 5 business days šŸ¤£

Rather than keep booking pups in for May and then having to play ā€œsurprise reschedule rouletteā€ every week, Iā€™m going to pause new May appointments until heā€™s officially gone

šŸ¾ Clients already booked in May are still good to go for now
šŸ¾ New appointments are currently being booked from June 3rd onward

Thank you all for always being so understanding, supportive, and flexible with our crazy military-family schedule, It truly means the world to us and keeps this little grooming business running through all the chaos

Now excuse me while I emotionally prepare for deployment round 2, and the dogs prepare to become my full-time emotional support coworkers šŸ„²
