Now here is a pretty little mare! 14 years old, 15.1 hands, GRADE grulla mare. Super sweet and a been there done that trail horse. Works well in the indoor and outdoor too. Clips, bathes and trailers with ease. Give me a week with her so I personally have ridden her and lived with her truly confirm all of this. I did ride, clip and bathe her today and she was a saint. She has lived outside with other horses with no problems. Upper four figures.

Info on my sales program:
I only sell if the horse is with me. I don’t feel I personally can represent the horse properly unless I have personally rode/worked the horse. See how its manners are in the stall and out. I try to be as truthful as possible when selling a horse and disclose all I know.
If the sale horse is with me, I work the horse and keep the horse ready to be shown to perspective buyers at any time. I make the videos, take the pics and list the horse. I personally take every message and phone call. I do not charge to ride/work the horse.
I charge $750 board. If I sell your horse in 5 days I will refund 3 weeks board.
My charge is 20% commission of selling price.

I would like to announce that I will be opening my business back up as of August 1st at my old barn (Dry Creek). I will be 100% in charge of my horses and their quality of care. I will go back to lessons, training, boarding and sales.
Western Pleasure/Horsemanship/Hunt Seat/Equitation/Showmanship.
Board $750 includes hay, grain and turn out.
