We’re so excited to introduce the newest member of our rescue family - a sweet duck named Cheese!

Cheese was lovingly donated by a family who adored him deeply. After his mate, Quackers, passed away, they knew he would be happiest surrounded by other ducks and animal friends. Now, Cheese has a cozy condo (complete with his own pool!) but he’s already bonded with our two Pekin ducks. 🦆🦆🦆

He’s found a brand-new flock and is thriving in his new home. Please join us in giving Cheese a warm welcome!

🌴✨ Big news from Caillou’s Calling Animal Rescue - Gilligan has landed on our little island! ✨🌴

Meet Gilligan, our gorgeous new white peacock. He’s here as a mate for Skipper, and we’re thrilled to report that Skipper is already sitting on a clutch of eggs. With a little luck, we’ll soon be welcoming baby peacocks (or peahens)! 🦚
Fun fact: Gilligan’s snowy feathers aren’t from albinism, but from leucism - a genetic condition that keeps pigment from developing in his feathers. He still has his striking dark eyes, and Skipper thinks he’s extra handsome.
We’re excited for this dynamic duo and hope you’ll all follow along with the adventures of Skipper & Gilligan!

These donations are not just food; they’re life-giving support for the animals in our care. Every piece of fruit and handful of greens helps us nourish our family of furry and feathered friends.

We are always in need of fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, granola, and more — and every bit goes a long way. If you’re cleaning out your fridge, shopping for extras, or know a store or farm with surplus, we will gratefully accept it. Nothing goes to waste here — our animals are so appreciative, and so are we. 🐾💕

Ok so it's pretty normal for Caillous calling to get feral cats to just show up and pretty much spend the rest of their lives with us ... but look what showed up today !! This is cRaZy ...a big snapping turtle..i don't have a pond and how did he get through my fencing??? ...lol

He's been relocated to a near by pond 😀
