All Old/Current customers options for trophy drop off. Primarily we are contactless for all drop offs. You may coordinate with us to meet in person (Based on availability).

Call/text - (254)292-2311 or email [email protected] to confirm we still have spots available. If we still have vacant spots we will send you our work order via text/email. Then do one of the following with your trophy.

1. Leave your trophy at Hamilton Quality Meats (HQM) and fill out work order with processing tag number they give you.

2. You can drop off at 1500 S HWY 281 Hamilton, TX 76531 by following these instructions. Tag your trophy with provided materials on my shelves and put in freezer (Name & Phone # minimum). After that scan QR code on shelf and fill out work order. Then head home and we will handle the rest.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE FREEZER AT THE SHOP. It is unplugged because we need to clean it out.

Also, we are only taking in a handful of mounts this year, so you MUST contact us before telling the meat market we're picking up your trophy.

Here are a few notes as we head into opening weekend:

1. Reminder - WE ARE NOT TAKING ON ANY NEW CUSTOMERS THIS SEASON.

2. We are out of town this weekend. Returning customers, please go to this link to fill out a work order form if you harvest a trophy this weekend. https://forms.gle/kGv48T7NxhNeUdPm6

3. If you cape the deer yourself, DO NOT cut past the sternum, and give us all the hide from the elbows up and tail forward. If you're unsure, please don't do it yourself.

4. Please keep your trophy as cold and dry as possible until you can get it to us or the meat market.

5. Our dropoff freezer is available, but it has limited space. Please keep that in mind.

We will now be doing our work order forms through Google forms. This will ensure everything is legible (some of y'all have terrible handwriting! 🤣), and you will have the option to upload a reference photo if applicable.

Edit 2: This form is ONLY for existing customers who want to guarantee a spot for their mount. You are not required to fill it out when you bring us a mount.

Edit: we are not accepting new customers this season. If you think you'll bring us a mount and we have done your taxidermy before, and your phone number has changed, please call/text/email us with your updated contact info.

We are going to do things a little differently this hunting season!

We will only be taking in 25 TOTAL shoulder, half life-size, and life-size mounts. If you would like to guarantee a spot for your mount, please click the link below and follow the instructions. BE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE TERMS. We are not responsible if you don't read them or follow the instructions.

Currently there will be no limit on European/skull mounts or tanning/rugs. This is subject to change, and we will make a post if that should happen.

We have 4 boxes of this plexiglass, completely untouched (one box was opened but not used), with the protective adhesive still intact.
