Why don't we have one?

Ok, if y’all have followed us for a while- you know Cookie here is my spirit animal and my babydoll. She’s been with us since she was tiny and is coming with her 3rd calf. She’s calm, super sweet with the perfect bit of spice! I have always said if there is ever my twin in cow form here she is! But she has this other quality that I love more than anything. She picks Ronnie to annoy on every level. (Just like me 😂😜) I guarantee he would let her go for $2 on most days. Here’s proof just how much he loves her. Yesterday it didnt matter where that tractor was moving - she would purposely get in his way. Notice you see no other cows around. 😂 He loves her - don’t let his face fool you!

With full hearts and deep reflection, we share that Chase Run Stables will be closing.

This decision has not been an easy one, and came after many months of heartfelt discussion. This program began as a dream born in the heart of our beloved Jessica ❤️

Jessica had a unique gift with horses. Though she was always humble about it, she loved sharing that gift with others through teaching and creating lifelong memories. Chase Run Stables was her vision, and became a place where friendships formed and hearts could heal.

When it became our turn to carry Jessica’s dream forward, we did so with love, purpose, and the hope of continuing the magic she created. Watching her horses continue to teach and inspire, and seeing the lasting connections formed here, has been a truly meaningful experience.

As Jessica’s horses grow older, we know it’s time to give them what they’ve so selflessly given to others: rest, peace, and unconditional care. We trialed countless horses, but none could quite step into the role of the OG's ❤️ They’re irreplaceable.

We are so grateful for every rider who trusted us, every family who supported us, and every soul who became part of the Chase Run story. You’ve helped keep Jessica’s dream alive in the most beautiful way.

While this chapter is coming to a close, our *barn*doors remain open to those who’d like to visit and say hello to their old horse friends. Once you’re part of the Chase Run family, you always will be. We just ask that you reach out first, if you'd like to schedule a visit ❤️

Our beautiful Penny, with her perfect, pointy ears, is back with her person ❤️

Jessica brought Penny home 16 years ago, and she quickly became a favorite on the trail when Jess opened Chase Run. But above all, she was Jess’s girl. They shared that fiery, red-headed spirit ❤️‍🔥. We love you, Penny and Jess. It’s time to hit the trail again ❤️❤️❤️

🌟 As the trail riding season starts to wind down (fingers crossed the weather stays kind a bit longer), we just want to give a HUGE shoutout to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable summer and fall on the trails! 🐴💚

We've had an absolute blast meeting so many amazing new friends, and your adventurous spirits have made this season so special. We're already counting down the days until the trails warm up again!

🌄✨ What another amazing day on the trails! Our clients were in for a treat when we encountered a majestic bald eagle and some turkey vultures enjoying a feast together. Nature never ceases to amaze! 🦅

This week we celebrate two years with this wonderful family who quickly became an extension of our family ❤️. They stepped in during an unimaginably difficult time and brought all the hard work, heart, & humor that helped us through the tougher days.

What a beautiful trail weekend! We celebrated a wedding anniversary and several birthdays, welcomed a group of coworkers for some team building, had a fun family outing, and even helped someone check off a bucket list item! Grateful for everyone who came out to ride with us!
