We are looking to hire someone for an office position at Riley Gardner Memorial!
This position would include, but not be limited to, answering phones, accounts payable/receivable, learning our inventory/ordering program, meeting with potential customers, and general office duties.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
8am – 5pm
Experience/Skills:
-Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment
-QuickBooks Knowledge
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to prioritize assignments with a strong sense of time management and work efficiency
-Ability to work as a team member
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented
-Flexible, resourceful, and organized
-Strong interpersonal skills, to deal with a diverse range of people
