Jessie didn’t want to get out of bed this morning to be a bath… We told Jessie if she didn’t get her bath and clean up after the snow storm, she might end up knotted and have to be shaved 🙈 We did NOT want that with at least 6 weeks left of winter.

Like Mr. Rogers used to say- look for the helpers. They are out there.

99.9% of the people in the world are closer to being in this same struggle that these people are about to go through (losing assistance, going hungry, fearing for their kids and their elderly) than we are to generational wealth and no monetary fears. One illness, one accident, one mistake is all it could take.

We stand with those in need.

Any comments that try to make this political will be deleted. This is a time for the people to come together not to tear each other apart.

Hey Everyone! We have a couple huge announcements that we need to bring to the attention of our clients.

- We have two HUGE congratulations that are due. First goes to our INCREDIBLE Shannon. As many of you know, she has gone back to school. She accepted an internship from June 2nd through August 2nd with a Biotech company. She is so so excited and she could not have done this without all of the support of our amazing clientele. The second one goes to our dynamic Laynie! She is due to have her second baby this coming July! We can’t hold in the joy any longer!

These incredible pieces of news will bring some temporary changes to our scheduling. Early June through August - the salon will only be open Wednesday through Saturday. We will be offering some extended hours (including afternoons) by appointment to help Shannon and Laynie navigate their changing lives.

We will also be implementing a “depawsit” for all appointments. These appointment deposits will be applied to the total service fee and will be fully transferable to a new appointment as long as rescheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance.

As everyone can understand, as a small business and with our incredible stylists having limited hours, we cannot afford repeat no shows. The “Depawsit” is the best way for us to keep our ship running smoothly.

We cannot thank all of you enough and we are all so excited!
