while out feeding this morning I saw the barrell train station crash down due to the weight of the snow. I probably won't be replacing it anytime soon. A few other shade clothes were down also.

We will be booking parties February thru July using the website. If you book early you may use the 2025 prices. I would like to have a smoothe transition over to the new owners.

Basic package will increase due to Extra insurance coverage, and the decor package price will increase.

I am forced to sell the farm with home and rentals. According to the Appraisal of all items this will be close to $800,000. Once we list it this price will probably change, due to all the fees associated with a sale. But i wanted to get the feelers out now.
Business and all items in the buildings and outdoor. Barrell trains, kabota, and tractor. Animals, and all the feeders and waters. 2 tiny-home rentals, pond with paddleboats and fishing equipment. Pool with all floaties, and outside picnic tables. Home 3 bed, 2.5 bath. new outside bathroom. The back deck has been rebuilt with 2x6's So should last a lot longer than the standard 1". Both bathrooms have a new shower install. One the land around 7 acres. we have 3 aerobic systems. We'll water for the farm, business and tiny homes. House uses Gum springs water.
