Tomorrow for lunch we will meet at The Hotel/Cooter's Smokehouse in Davenport.
Next Wednesday June 11th we will begin our regularly scheduled meetings at the Tom Fellows Community Center.
For our program the City of Davenport will be giving us and update as to what all is going on in this growing community.

Rotarians,

I would like to thank Larry, Brittanie, Mel, Karina and Karen for their effort yesterday in making sure that the veterans in our local cemeteries had flags on their graves.

As we wind down May and get into June we will be able to start having our regular meetings again, so tomorrow we will meet for lunch at Southern Dunes.

Haines City Rotarians placed flags on veteran’s graves in the local Haines City and Davenport cemeteries for Memorial Day.

This week's meeting will be Thursday 5:00 at the Northeast Polk Chamber of Commerce four our name change ribbon cutting.

On Monday for Memorial Day, we will meet at the Davenport Cemetery at 9:00 which is at 1917 County Rd 547 at 9:00 to place flags on veteran's graves and then we will travel to Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City 2464 E Grace Ave to place flags on the graves there.

Tonight we gathered to say goodbye to one of our best Rotarians, she is only leaving our club to move to Boston but not leaving Rotary. She will continue “service above self” at her new club there. Our loss, their gain. Thank you Pixi for all you have done for our club and community!
