Ducky is a sassy feline looking for a home where her humans don’t mind a bit of cat-titude. Ducky only likes attention on her own terms, and if you take her home, she will constantly be judging you with her smug expression. Nonetheless, she expects to be spoiled to death with treats and cat towers in her new home! Ducky does well with other felines and would do fine in a home with other cats. Dogs are questionable, however we’re pretty sure she’d quickly put them in their place, despite her only weighing 6lbs. If you like your felines with a little s***k, Ducky’s your girl! Announcing this event to give a heads up to those coming to the dog park.

On Saturday, Nov 1st. Lucette Links will have a night time disc golf event where we will have 50+ people coming to play. Due to so many people, the layout of out course that night, etc. We are planning to close off drive up access at 4:30pm. Users of the disc golf course, community garden, dog park can park in the UCC Church lot and walk in though. We are hoping this is only a minor inconvenience, but for the safety of everyone, we need to be careful.

Due to a event on Saturday, November 1st, please park in the UCC Church parking lot and walk your dogs into the dog park after 4:30pm.

We need your help! Our little town of Hackensack MN plans to build a fenced-in dog park. The city has enthusiastically invited us, a committee of the Game Changers of Hackensack, to build the park on .8 acres in beautiful Bonna Paulson Park two blocks east of the downtown area just past Union Church. There are already wonderful trails in the park for walking your dog on leash, however we know dogs need and love to run and play. We want to provide that for our local and visiting dogs as we are a vacation destination in northern Minnesota. We will have the first fenced-in dog park in all of Cass County and will welcome dogs and their owners from surrounding communities. Please join us in making a tax deductible donation to the Initiative Foundation to help us build the Hackensack Dog Park.
