Our veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. As the first face our clients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their people.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients and their pets
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting our veterinary team with day-to-day client communication
• Helping clean and organize the clinic
• Helping with boarding dog chores

We're looking for someone who:
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Works well in a team environment
• Is comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software
• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
