Effective immediately, to make an appointment on a weekend I now require a deposit of half of the appointment. If you no call/no show the whole balance of the missed appointment must be paid in full in order to rebook. If you notify me within 24 hours there are no penalty fees or charges. With that being said I'm human, I understand accidents happen, I also have a kid and understand how their small bodies operate, it's also very common to wake up feeling sick. Communication is key!! I'm a very reasonable and understanding person.
Simply no calling and no showing will no longer be tolerated though. I strive to make accommodations for people who work and have busy schedules, but this is a business. If I make an appointment that takes time away from my family, and when a person disrespects that enough to simply not show up that takes money away from my family. I know times are tough, I've been grocery shopping lately. I get it.
I do not think this is too much to ask. Thank you for your time on this matter.
