How to Prepare Your Dog for a Tornado

✔️ Create a Safe Space – Pick a windowless room or basement. Keep an emergency kit there.

✔️ Pack an Emergency Kit – Include food, water, meds, leash, crate, ID tags, and comfort items.

✔️ ID – make sure your dog has a collar, ID tags, and microchip information is updated

🌪 During a Tornado – Keep your dog leashed or crated. Stay calm and offer comfort.

🆘 After a Tornado – Check for hazards, keep them leashed, and watch for stress or injuries.
