We will be posting some retired breeders and some babies. We will not have any litters for while after this due to some health issues as well as some personal things going on.

All animals wishing to be reserved required half upfront as a deposit. Please remember that your deposit is nonrefundable. This is a nonrefundable under any circumstances. Your animal is put on hold due to the promise that you are picking this animal up if you purchase an animal from us and wish to bring it back again. There is no refund you have seven days in order to get a full refund. Your full refund would not include transportation fees. Transportation fees are paid to the individual who is driving to deliver your animal or to pick up your animal. This is not a payment that goes to us therefore we cannot refund a transport fee if you decide that you no longer wish to get an animal that you have on reserve please again remember the deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit is a minimum of half of the total, there is a reason why we do deposits to people who wish to change their mind after having an animal on hold for about a week or two weeks this unfortunately takes away to potential adopters that wish to adopt the animal your deposit again it’s a promise that you were purchasing this animal

No rats will be held without deposits. Any meet ups requiring transport fee must be paid 24 hrs in advance or they will not go on the transport. Transport fee goes to whom ever is able to deliver it.
