Lennox Jr. is a 1yr & 3 month old pit mix. He is my baby. I adopted him when he was 3 mos old. He was born with a rare hip dysplasia gene. He needs surgery on his right hip to correct it.

Ok I just thought of something while looking at a video of dogs being saved at a puppy mill. I know many of us think breeding needs to stop. I know it can not stop forever but it NEEDS to stop for 2-3 years 100%. I have been trying to think of a way to get people to stop. Like making people pay a large fee to breed or a tax break if all your pets are spayed and neutered. The thing is people will breed anyway. But what about this. For 3 years the whole USA makes it LAW that it is illegal to SELL any dog or pup. We should do cat and kitten also. A VERY VERY VERY big fine if you are caught. VERY big and the fines go to help all the rescue animals and fund low cost or free spay/neuter for everyone! The shelters and rescues can still do a fee to cover vet care and boarding but that is all. NO sales. NO place. Pet shops, back yards, flea markets. YOU CAN NOT SELL. Even if your UNFIXED dogs have an ACCIDENT YOU CAN NOT SELL. I think a law like that would work. If they can't sell them why breed them. If the fine is big enough, and it should be for EACH one sold not just 1 fine but someone selling a litter of 8 would get fined 8 times! Then when a few years go by you make people buy a permit to sell and you make it cost so much that only VERY high end breeders can buy them. What do you think? Would it work? We have to do something!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! Everyone look at this and share. People need to stop buying puppies. REALLY if you would all stop buying puppies the breeders WOULD STOP BREEDING. Please share this with everyone....EVERYONE!!!! Please for all the poor babies that are forced to live like this till they can't go on and die never having had a life other then making puppies.

Hi Everyone, As you know I do rescue. I have 2 older pages on here that were started by 1 my Mom and 2 my Hubby. I also have made a page Myself now. I am hoping to get everyone on my 2 old pages to move to the 1 new page so I can stop posting on the 2 old ones and close them. The new one is... Almost Angels Panhandle Rescue. Please go to that one and like it. When everyone moves I will close the other pages and only post on the new one. This way I will only post 1 time not 3 times. Thanks. P.S. We still have some small animals to adopt out. If you are looking for anything let me know. Also I do still take some small animals, birds, and reptiles that need new homes. We can use donations to help pay for food and bedding. Or we would be happy with donations of food and or bedding. Anything pet related you do not need we can use. We no longer foster Dogs and cats BUT I am still helping my rescue lady with them and she could use ANYTHING that you can donate for them even if it is just old towels and blankets. I was talking to my hubby and he said we should do 1 or the other. He said we should have a shop or have a rescue. He says we should not try to do both. The thing is that the shop paid the bills FOR the rescue. The shop did not make enough money though to pay for all the rescue costs and still run so we lost the shop and the rescue. Hubby wants to try to reopen the shop and not do rescue anymore so we can pay the bills. I just want to do rescue. I would not want to run a shop at all any more if I just had a way to pay for the rescue. So can anyone help fund the rescue? We would need someone that has the funds we need to run. We could also use someone that has a place for us to run out of. A building we can do rescue from that has outside room for dogs and pups. If you want to help let me know. If you just want to donate a small amount thank you. We will use it to care for the small animal rescues we have now or we will save it in hopes of raising enough to get a building again. I have 2...125gal aquairums with overflows and very very nice custom made open frame stands. They also have sumps,pumps, and a doudle light. less then 2 years old in great shape I hate to sell them but I need money badly. New this would have been at least $2150. EACH!!! I am hoping to get about $1200 EACH. If anyone wants one let me know. Might go a little lower if I have to but don't know how much. In pensacola and going into storage saturday hoping to sell before then. Also have a 4ft by 4 ft glass cube with Real good stand. Made as a pro animal dispaly for pet shops. Cut in half so it has 2 2x4 sides. New this was $800 Will take $300. Last a huge hex tank 4-5ft foot print. About 4 and a half feet tall on a good stand. This was custom made is not ment for water the glass is not thick enough to hold it. They do NOT make these. It has a homemade wood and screen top that works great. New this would be about $1400 Will sell for $500. Great fo reptiles or small animals or birds. I have used it for all 3 in the past. IT IS HUGE!! Let me know if you need more info.
