A Hair of the Dog Grooming by appointment only. Walk in nail trimming (No apointment necessary) available 9-3 Tuesday through Saturday for $10.

Grooming package includes bath, blueberry facial scrub, blow-dry, brush, haircut, nail trim, ears cleaned, paw treatment and scent of your choice. A Hair of the Dog for since 2011. My love for animals stems back to my childhood. I have owned a few Chinese Cresteds, Yoda, Chewie, Tallulah and Nephele. Both the Hairless and Powderpuff variety. Professionally, I pride myself on providing a positive grooming experience for the pet and owner. Closely following given directions while striving to keep a low stress environment focusing on quality over quantity at a fair price. I understand grooming requires a great deal of trust, a strong relationship with both owner and pet, as well as an ability to read the situation and the body language of dogs correctly. I am invested in discovering new ways to keep your dogs healthy, adorable and happy while continuing education on the latest trends and styles.

My new bud Casper the friendly dog! This is a client request style from their previous groomer and I was excited to deliver Casper looking like his old self. New town, new life, but Casper looks like he always did (when he was groomed by his first and most loved groomer!) Massage therapy greatly benefits dogs! This special guy “Maguy”, is an almost 16-year-old poodle and is both blind and deaf. He also suffers from congestive heart failure. ❤️ For part of his grooming session, Maguy is positioned loosely on a lead under his front leg on the table, with light air circulation and mild heat to keep him comfy. Given his need to lie down due to weaker hind legs - massaging of his hamstrings enables Maguy to stand up a little more confidently!

Ignore my crazy hair, you know grooming life. The purpose of the video is to share how receptive some doggos are to Reiki. This is Hudson, who recently lost his brother and it was his first time here at the shop without him. I prayed for him to find comfort, to feel loved and be confident in himself. ❤️❤️❤️
