VRH World show prep is in full swing for SF Smoken Cat!!! This young stallion is sure a fun one to have in the barn! We can’t wait to see his first foal crop next year for owner West 7 Quarter Horses !!

After the winter off, “Zoomie” has been brought back into the rotation this week. She’s decided that stopping is pretty fun on her vacation! We are sure excited to get her in the show pen!

“Pretty” foaled a flashy maybe
Dun? Or Grulla? Stud c**t Friday morning early. Since we turned her out to pasture she’s been less than willing to let me get pictures of him. Hoping for new ones soon! He’s an amazing cross of old school blood and modern cow horse!

🌻Our next highlight is Sun Frosted Reysin aka ”Penny”.

She had a great showing at her second ever show! She is far from finished and far from where we want her but we are excited to get her there! She placed 2nd in the cutting on some tougher cattle and 2nd in the Conformation class! There is just something special about the pieces coming together of all the blood sweat and tears put into a breeding program.

🐴National Day of the Horse 🐴

Today we celebrate the animals that make what we do possible. We are incredibly blessed to work with some truly special horses every single day. From the ones we are fortunate to raise, train, and show within our own program, to the amazing client horses entrusted to us.

Each horse teaches us something different, challenges us, humbles us, and pushes us to be better. We’re grateful for their heart, their try, and the partnerships they allow us to build.

Happy National Day of the Horse to the ones who make the long days, early mornings, and big dreams worth it. 🤍🐎

“Nikki” getting some real world experience out of the arena today roping a crippled first calf heifer. We are firm believers that horses need jobs outside of the arena to make a solid well rounded horse!!
