Grooming is hands-on work with real animals who move, wiggle, kick, lick, and sometimes react unexpectedly. Even with proper equipment, experience, patience, and safe handling, grooming accidents can happen.

What matters is how we respond.

This sweet girl has come such a long way. ❤️

When she first came to us, bath time was scary and overwhelming. As a rescue, she was still learning that people can be kind, patient, and safe. With each appointment, she’s gained a little more confidence and a lot more trust.
