Our first group of certified teams to complete the K9 Water Leak Detection University’s training and certification program exemplified this approach. Each team brought a unique background and skill set, yet came together with a shared commitment to growth, professionalism, and supporting one another throughout the process.

This kind of environment strengthens not only individual teams, but the quality and reliability of the work as a whole. It fosters clear communication, thoughtful problem solving, and a standard of consistency that is critical in a field like water leak detection.

We are proud to be building a program grounded in these values and look forward to continuing to grow a community that reflects them.

What if it turns out better than you ever imagined?

Our inaugural K9 Water Leak Detection training and certification week was a reminder of what can happen when people come together to build something meaningful. It was remarkable to see a group of women show up to learn, contribute, and support one another while helping shape a brand new space in detection.

Sometimes the version you get isn’t the one you pictured at the start. Sometimes it’s better.
