This week (and every week), we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible team at Whispering Pines Veterinary.

Our techs and receptionists are the heartbeat of our clinic — the ones who comfort nervous pets, assist in surgeries, take X-rays, run lab work, monitor anesthesia, place IV catheters, clean up endless messes, and still find time to offer a reassuring smile to every client who walks through our doors.

They wear many hats — nurse, lab technician, radiologist, anesthetist, dental hygienist, phlebotomist, counselor, and teacher — often all in the same day. Their knowledge, skill, and compassion are what keep our patients safe and our clinic running smoothly.

The veterinary field faces a critical staffing shortage, and it’s no surprise why — this profession demands both brains and heart in equal measure. But our staff show up every single day with unmatched dedication, care, and love for the animals who depend on them.

After 56 years of providing excellent veterinary care to our community, we celebrate the retirement of Dr. Gerald R. Uzarski with family, friends, current & former colleagues. Dr. Uzarski has worked his entire career serving the greater Greenville community. We will be forever grateful & thankful to you, Dr. Uzarski❤️. To Janice, Brian, Doug, Julie & the entire family…we thank each of you for sharing a very special man with us, clients & the patients he’s treated over the years.
