⚠️🚨 STOLEN DOG – RETURN TO COPAW 🚨
UPDATE: Emma escaped near the intersection of Noe Bixby Road and Coventry Drive, near East Livingston, around 7:30 PM yesterday evening. Zip code 43232. The police are involved so we are being careful about what information we share.

This dog (the black dog on the right) (the dog on the left is also stolen and believed to still be in possession of the thief) was stolen from COPAW and is currently missing. The woman who is claiming ownership is not the legal owner. She stole the dog and her littermate weeks ago, violating a signed foster agreement. After agreeing to return the dog yesterday, she violently attacked our CEO and the dog escaped during the chaos. The littermate is allegedly still in her custody
⚠️ If you see this dog, do not return her to anyone except:
🔹 Central Ohio’s Programs for Animal Welfare (COPAW)
🔹 Franklin County Dog Shelter
Both her microchip and rabies certificate are registered under the organization and she is legally owned by COPAW. Our CEO is receiving medical attention and we are working with police and legal counsel to handle the theft and assault.
